Merciful Father, I come before You with a humble heart, Acknowledging my sins and shortcomings. Forgive me for the wrongs I've done, The good I've failed to do. Cleanse my heart and renew my spirit, Make me whole again in Your love. Amen.

Create in me a clean heart, O God, And renew a right spirit within me. Cast me not away from Your presence, And take not Your Holy Spirit from me. Restore unto me the joy of Your salvation, And uphold me with Your free Spirit. Amen.

Lord Jesus, I am sorry for my sins with all my heart. In choosing to do wrong and failing to do good, I have sinned against You, Whom I should love above all things. I firmly intend, with Your help, To do penance, to sin no more, And to avoid whatever leads me to sin. Amen.

God of Mercy, I trust in Your infinite compassion. Though my sins be as scarlet, Make them white as snow. Though they be red like crimson, Make them as wool. Have mercy on me, O God, According to Your loving kindness. Amen.

Gracious Lord, Thank You for Your forgiveness that makes all things new. Help me to leave behind my past mistakes, And walk forward in Your grace. Give me strength to resist temptation, Wisdom to choose right from wrong, And courage to live according to Your will. Amen.
